Why do we collect this information?
We collect this information to provide and operate our web application and website, including tournament pages, result submission, and account access. We also use it to maintain security, prevent misuse, and improve how the service works.
What purposes do we process the information for?
- to display tournament pages and related content,
- to enable submitting results (nickname and email address),
- to send an email after result submission with a link to access your account (passwordless login),
- to enable passwordless login by sending a one-time login link (token) to the provided email address,
- to store and show results associated with your account after login,
- to collect basic technical and statistical data about the use of the service in order to improve it (Google Analytics),
- to understand how users interact with the service (heatmaps and session recordings) in order to improve usability (Microsoft Clarity),
- to detect errors and improve stability and security (Sentry).
Who may have access to some or all of the collected information?
- our website / application service provider(s) (hosting and IT maintenance),
- tournament moderators (regarding the email address and submitted results in order to verify submissions and manage a given tournament, and where appropriate consent has been given – also for marketing purposes),
- owners (regarding the email address and submitted results in order to verify submissions and manage a given tournament, and where appropriate consent has been given – also to send notifications about tournaments in the area and marketing information),
- email delivery provider(s) used to send login links and service messages,
- analytics and diagnostics providers used to operate and improve the service (Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, Sentry),
- Cloudflare, Inc. – bot protection for forms (Cloudflare Turnstile),
- authorized public institutions, where required by law.

Cookies Policy
Cookies are small files that store information in your browser. They are used to keep the website working, remember your settings and, with your consent, measure how the website is used. As a rule, cookies do not directly identify you as a person.
Consent
Necessary cookies are set without consent because the website cannot work properly without them. They are required for basic functionality and security (including bot protection by Cloudflare Turnstile). Analytics cookies (Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity) and advertising cookies are set only after you give consent in the cookie banner. You can give consent to each tool separately using the “Customize” option. You can change or withdraw your consent at any time using the cookie icon in the bottom corner of the screen.
A separate, voluntary consent may also apply to the processing of your email address for marketing contact from tournament moderators and owners (including sending notifications about tournaments in the area and marketing information). You can withdraw this consent at any time by contacting us at: turnieje@kalkomat.com. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.

In accordance with Article 13 of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) of 27 April 2016 (OJ EU L 119, 04.05.2016), we inform you that:

- Your personal data will be processed to provide and operate the service (including tournament pages, result submission, sending an email with an account access link, and account access via a one-time token). The legal basis for processing is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR and, where applicable, Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interests such as security, fraud prevention, diagnostics, and service improvement). Where separate consent has been given (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), your data (email address) may also be processed for marketing purposes, including marketing contact from tournament moderators and from owners regarding sending notifications about tournaments in the area and marketing information.
- Analytics cookies and related processing (Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity) are based on your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time using the cookie icon.
- Recipients of your personal data will be entities authorized to obtain personal data under the law, tournament moderators (in order to verify submissions and manage the tournament, and with your consent – also for marketing purposes), owners (in order to verify submissions and manage the tournament, and with your consent – also to send notifications about tournaments in the area and marketing information), as well as service providers supporting operation of the website and web application (e.g., hosting, email delivery, Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity and Sentry).
- Some providers (Google, Microsoft) may process data outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. Such transfers are based on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.
- Your personal data will be stored for up to 1 year, unless a longer period is required by law or necessary to provide the service (e.g., maintaining account history), or a shorter period applies to specific data such as login tokens. Analytics data are kept by the providers for the period set in the tools’ settings.
- You have the right to request access to your personal data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, to object to processing, data portability, and to withdraw consent where consent is the legal basis.
- You have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority – the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw).
- Providing personal data is necessary to use selected features of the service (e.g., submitting results or logging in via email link).
